What we heard
- Your 14-person order desk re-keys roughly 60 orders a day into the WMS by hand — the goal is one place for order status and inventory, live before peak season in mid-November
- You're comparing us against renewing your current platform, with a decision targeted for October 9
- Omar Johansson owns the integration and security review, and Fatima Davis signs off above $50K — and since the last evaluation stalled on the WMS integration, proving that out early is the priority

- Booking a 60-minute technical deep-dive with you and Omar the week of September 8
- Pricing at 14 seats, with the November go-live built into the rollout plan
