We're booking spring landscape refreshes and maintenance contracts now through June 12 — and given how many properties Sunshine Stays runs, I think a portfolio-wide maintenance package makes a lot of sense. We'd consolidate visits, lock in a single monthly rate per property, and free your team from coordinating crews unit by unit.
